Please submit the following documents to us via crestsec@schools.gov.sg, if you have not done so.

1. Birth certificate of child/ward

2. Both parents' NRIC

3. PSLE Certificate

4. PDPA https://go.gov.sg/cssstudentpdpa

Deadline is 23 Dec 2024, Monday.

FAS Application:

Information for New Secondary 1 Students

Congratulations on being accepted into Crest Secondary School. Please be informed that you will need to report to school on 2 January 2025 (Thursday) by 7:45am. There will be direction signs, staff and student leaders around to guide you.

Start Right Programme (Orientation):
Dates: 2, 3 and 6 January 2025 (Thursday to Monday)
Time: 7:45am to 12:15pm

Attire:
Crest School Uniform with plain black socks and shoes

Things to bring:
Writing materials, water bottle and a storybook

Subject-based banding (SBB) briefing:
